Adisory Group
Pursuant to Article 46(5) of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments of 29 July 2009, the Advisory Group issues opinions on matters concerning the KDPW Management Board’s reports on the activity of the company, KDPW’s business plans and financial plans, reports on the operation of the compensation scheme, rules and other regulations issued by KDPW on the basis of such rules.
The Advisory Group comprises representatives of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW), BondSpot, the Chamber of Brokerage Houses (IDM), the Council of Depository Banks at the Polish Bank Association (RBD ZBP), the Association of Listed Companies (SEG), as well as foreign institutions.

User Committee
The User Committee was established as of 3 March 2020 as a part of the Advisory Group under Article 28 CSDR. The User Committee is comprised of members of the Advisory Group. The Chair of the Advisory Group is the Chair of the User Committee, and the Deputy Chair of the Advisory Group is the Deputy Chair of the User Committee.
The User Committee provides opinions and performs an advisory role for the KDPW Management Board and Supervisory Board in matters relating to the operation of the depository system, which significantly affect its participants, and in particular in matters relating to the operation of the securities settlement system, the rules for admitting participants in the depository system, the rules for admitting securities to the depository, the quality of services offered by KDPW, and the structure of the fees charged by KDPW.
