With a view to minimising operational risk, a Business Continuity Planning System (BCP System) has been established in the KDPW Group.
The BCP System consists of technical and organisational measures enabling the maintenance of the continuity or prompt recovery of critical business processes following a serious breakdown or disaster, and mitigation of the impact of incidents on the operations of the KDPW Group companies and other capital market institutions.
On 14 October 2023 KDPW in partnership with KDPW_CCP, Warsaw Stock Exchange and BondSpot are planning to run the business continuity tests with their Participants.
The tests will check the KDPW and KDPW_CCP solutions and procedures put in place to ensure business continuity in the case of a contingency. Periodic tests, including tests with Participants, are required from the perspective of applicable law and generally accepted standards.
