KDPW is one of the key infrastructure institutions of the Polish financial market - it has 29 years of experience on the Polish and European capital markets and offers a broad range of financial services to domestic and international clients.
The eVoting is the first in a range of services which KDPW offers on the Blockchain Platform for the Capital Market. It supports general meetings of public companies, including voting using digital devices.
In addition to issuers and shareholders, eVoting brokers-custodians includes all those entities holding securities accounts with KDPW, for whom eVoting provides the ability to integrate with account maintenance services.

- utilize split voting functionality,
- assign and manage proxies,
- communicate with the issuer before and during the general meeting,
- receive confirmation that the votes were casted and counted by the issuer,
- view voting as well as general meeting results.
- register general meetings in the CSD system,
- disseminate information on general meeting convocation to the market,
