Previously, from 2016, Member of the Supervisory Board of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych and its Chairman from June 2017 to August 2018. Vice-President of the Management Board of the clearing house KDPW_CCP since 2024.

Previously engaged with the public administration and as a university lecturer, including at the University of Wrocław and the University of Szczecin as well as higher vocational schools. Member of supervisory boards of joint-stock companies.

Legal counsel, he holds a degree from the Department of Law and Administration of the University of Wrocław, where he earned his PhD in 2001. He specialised in legal services for joint-stock companies and the application of public law, including administrative, tax and administrative court procedures. He has published many peer-reviewed papers on law in Polish and international research journals.
