The necessary conditions of developer access to the test environment of kdpw_stream are as follows:
- To obtain an institution identifier.
For this purpose, send to KDPW (Office of IT Systems Department, dis@kdpw.pl, T 22 537 94 52, F 22 627 23 45) the following information:- details of the developer: company name, registered address, tax identifier, contact telephone number, first and last name of the contact person;
- valid extract from the National Court Register and sample signatures of persons authorised to represent the developer;
- type of activity requested by the developer;
- data necessary to open a formal account: ownership type, participant status type.
- To conclude a relevant agreement with KDPW.
- To submit the Authorisation to collect cryptographic components securing the communication channel and the test environment of the kdpw_stream system.
- To receive from KDPW selected certificates issued to the developer.
KDPW will provide free if charge a set of X.509 certificates. - To build a communication interface.
To ensure correct interaction between the developer’s IT system and kdpw_stream, it is recommended to use the electronic online communication interfaced provided by KDPW: ESDK. In view of the nature of data exchanged by the developer’s IT system with kdpw_stream, it is not recommended to use ESDI/WEB (manual handling by means of mail). Use of ESDI/WEB is only recommended in case of expected small volumes of data to be transmitted. - To verify the communication interface.
It is required that KDPW verifies the handling of communication and security mechanisms by the communication interface built by the developer.
Information on WebSphere MQ software is available on the vendor’s website: www.ibm.com.
Information on the timetables and the scope of core functionality tests will be available on the KDPW website.
Rules for using test environments
- The kdpw_stream TST A test environment is available to Participants from 08:30 to 18:00 on business days. Use of the TST A test environment on other days requires individual arrangements with KDPW.
- kdpw_stream test environments are available to developers who have signed a relevant agreement with KDPW.
- Access to the kdpw_stream TST A test environment is normally closed. The intention to use the environment should be notified by sending the “TST A Test Environment Access Application” to KDPW by e-mail (scan) at di_serwis@kdpw.pl, no later than three business days before the requested date. In case of a sudden and unexpected need to access the test environment, please contact the System Operator directly.
- All arrangements concerning the availability of the test environments should be consulted with the System Operator, phone T(004822) 537 94 15 (e-mail: di_serwis@kdpw.pl).
- Communication tests performed exclusively via the electronic communication channels ESDI/WEB, ESDK and the SWIFT Message Processing System are unlimited and free of charge. Use of the electronic communication channels ESDI/WEB and ESDK requires test security certificates issued by the Chief Guarantor KDPW under relevant agreements.
- KDPW will initialise the TST B test environment depending on tests of new functionalities or modifications to existing functionalities planned by KDPW, WSE, BondSpot or NBP, which is notified to developers in advance. Use of this environment is free of charge.
- The configuration parameters of the communication test environment (SWI TST) are provided to the authorised employee of the developer or another capital market institution by the Chief Guarantor in the process of issuing security certificates. Updated technical information necessary to use the kdpw_stream test environment is available on the KDPW website (www.kdpw.pl).
- In order to execute performance tests in a test environment, the details of the planned test should be agreed with the KDPW IT Systems Operation Department. The test environment is organised on a separate system platform whose performance parameters are not identical with the parameters of the production environment system platform.
- A developer using a single institution identifier may have access to only one of the two test environments, TST A or TST B, at any time. Simultaneous access to both test environments using one institution identifier is not possible.
