Time limits
Time limits of actions defined in the ARM Rules, including time limits for distribution of messages by participants under ARM Rules:
- reports referred to in Article 10 (2) are submitted by KDPW to a supervisory authority other than the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) on the given business day provided that the messages reporting transaction data as necessary to generate the reports are received by KDPW no later than 17:00 on the given business day;
- for reports referred to in Article 9 (5), KDPW generates an ARM report on the basis of transaction data received from the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) or from BondSpot S.A., as well as messages received from the ARM participant containing supplementary data which are submitted to KDPW no later than 14:00 on day T+1 after the transaction date in the trading system.
